Product Availability

WatchWarehouse.com provides an inventory system that allows for streamlined ordering and processing for all wholesale partners. This system is very extensive yet user-friendly, it provides all the necessary details about our products yet is simple enough to smoothly adapt with any system. You will be provided with an access to an updated product availability database through ashared inventory file that is readily available and updated daily. This file contains all available products with full descriptions and images for quick and easy setup. 

Inventory

Our inventory can be posted live on your website without the need to buy or stock in advance. You will have the option to have your orders delivered to you for checking or directly to your buyer. If you opt to ship directly to your buyer, we can provide dropship services anywhere within the U.S. or, you can send us yourshipping labels.

We provide all levels of shipping to anywhere in the U.S and Worldwide via USPS/UPS or FedEx.

Additional Terms and Conditions

Payments Paypal, Credit cards and Bank wire are accepted.  Additional discount for payments by Wire transfer on large orders. All products have to be prepaid before shipping. Coupons are not valid for wholesale approved purchases. Wholesale deals are posted at their lowest prices for all.

Warranty

1. As a reseller you will need to provide your own warranty to your buyers. We provide warranty only to retail buyers.
2. If you have a special seals such as "Not returnable if removed" or leaflets we gladly will insert them in the box. 

Shipping & Returns

1. You, the reseller will have to insure the packages
2. All returns by your buyers will be returned to you; these items won't be accepted by Watch Warehouse and will be forwarded to you.
3. Please report, in writing, any shipping damage or discrepancies within 24 hours of receipt and have the watch returned to us within 7 calendar days of receipt. Allow 2-4 business days to post refund.
4. Even a short ware or links removal would leave micro scratches on a watch and it will not be accepted.
5. Please report, in writing, any shipping damage or discrepancies within 24 hours of receipt and have the watch returned to us within 7 calendar days of receipt.
6. Drop ship is available after we work for a while and there is a mutual trust. The package is considered delivered when your buyer signs for the package or leave a signature tag with the carrier. We require direct signature on all packages. 
7. We prefer to ship the packages directly to the reseller, this givesyou time to ensure that your client gets a 1st class product. 

General

1. Watch Warehouse reserves the right to keep selling retail on all platforms.
2. Watch Warehouse is not an authorized dealer of most brands.
3. Prices and quantities are subject to change without notice.
4. We reserve the right to remove items without notice.
5. We make every effort to keep the accuracy of the inventory but if two orders are placed for the same item- it is on first come first serve basis.
6. All returns from buyers are your responsibility.
7. Some clearance items might be excluded from posting additional discounted price.
8. Resellers to provide their own images. You may use the images posted on WatchWarehouse.com at your own discretion. Some images are taken from online resources.
9. Minimum purchase is required in order to belong to WatchWarehouse.com wholesale group.
10. California resellers must provide sales tax permit.
