Here at Watch Warehouse, we are committed to your satisfaction. You can return the item for a refund or exchange (if available).
All returned items must remain brand new and in an unworn and unused condition. All other things which were included in the packaging must be returned (tags, stickers, boxes, and user manuals). Gifts (if any) are part of the transaction must be returned as well. If gifts are not returned, their full price will be deducted from the refund amount. Returns are subject to a Return Merchandise Authorization from Watch Warehouse.
The RMA number can be requested via phone call or by requesting a return authorization through your order/return request form via the website. Log in to your account to obtain RMA #. Returned merchandise for refund or exchange must be in its "brand new" condition. Serial numbers are to be matched in our records. Warranty cards must be left blank. Manuals and accessories must be returned in the same condition they were received.
Any signs of wear, removal of parts, or micro scratches on the product will cause the return to be refused.
Please report, via phone call and in writing, any shipping damage or discrepancies within 24 hours of receipt and have the watch returned to us within 7 calendar days of receipt. Allow 3-5 business days to post refund.
- No restocking fee on all watch orders up to USD 3,999.00 total sale price.
- 10% restocking fee will apply to all orders of USD 4,000.00 and up, total sale price.
- 15% restocking fee will apply to all eyeglasses/sunglasses regardless of the total purchase value.
- 30% restocking fee will apply to all orders of jewelries, gold and silver items and cuff links regardless of the total purchase value.
Return / Product inquiry (discrepancies) regarding orders over USD 10,000.00 must be reported within 24-48 hours of receipt of the product.
Items returned for exchange can be subject to a one-time-only exemption from these restocking fees. Buyer pays shipping costs.
Charges may be incurred, or the refund refused (and item returned to the customer at customer's expense) if the item is returned in used and/or scratched and/or damaged condition.
All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number from Watch Warehouse. An item returned without RMA# will be refused. The RMA# must be listed explicitly on the returned packaging. Serial and/or case numbers are verified before the issuance of the refund.
Collect shipping will be refused.
For your protection, use only carriers that provide a tracking number. Get insurance for your package to ensure the safe return to us to make sure that you are completely covered if, the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. Please do not drop off packages at the office as they will be refused.
Allow 3-5 business days to process the return.
