Products & Authenticity
Are your products new and authentic?
Yes. We guarantee that all watches are 100% authentic, brand new, and include original serial and case numbers intact.
Are you an authorized dealer?
We are authorized resellers of all brands listed on our site—not authorized dealers. In place of the manufacturer warranty, we provide a Watch Warehouse warranty card that covers the movement for 2 years.
How can I tell if an item is in stock?
Our website inventory updates in real time. If an item shows "Sold Out," it's temporarily unavailable. In rare cases (such as simultaneous purchases or bulk wholesale orders), an item may show as available but actually be out of stock. If this happens, we'll notify you immediately.
Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
For orders shipping to the USA, UK, and Canada, we accept PayPal and all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) processed through PayPal. We ship only to confirmed addresses. Wire transfers are accepted with pre-authorization on large orders, subject to approval.
Is your website secure?
Yes. We use SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your browser and our servers. All transactions also pass through internet fraud screening, and PayPal payments are processed on their secure servers.
Can I use an expired coupon or past promotion?
Unfortunately, no. Our promotions are tied to limited-time pricing from distributors. When you see a deal on our site, act quickly—it may not last long.
Shipping
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 24–48 hours after payment and address verification. Some orders require manual fraud verification, which may take 1–2 additional business days.
Tip: To speed up processing, make sure your billing information matches what's on file with your credit card company, and that your shipping address is listed as an approved alternate address.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We're committed to your satisfaction. All returned items must be in brand-new, unworn condition with original manufacturer packaging and documentation. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Do you have a showroom?
