It feels so nice on hand and very pleasing on eyes. it writes smooth. I don't have any sweet spot issue that you may read on other reviews. Please get one if you thought about it. You will not disappointed

I have wanted a Lamy 2000 for a long time, but it's price range was out of my budget range at the time. Luckily, I came across Watch Warehouse, and their price was so low for the Lamy 2000 that I placed an order as soon as I got home. The pen arrived about 2 days later, well packed, and the pen was in a presentation box. The pen turned out to be everything that I had read about it, and it writes flawlessly. It's design is reminiscent of the Bauhaus influence on art and design. This is a pen that once you start writing with it, you won't want to put it down

It’s writes smoothly and reliably each time I use it. I love the hooded gold nib in this low-key pen. It does look like a generic pen from far away, but it feels weighty and has a unique texture. I use it every day as a workhorse pen. I’m finding I don’t need to use anything else.

Well packed, beautifully presented, perfect condition--all at an incredible price. I initially tried the pen using Noodler's Perwinkle and was sorely disappointed--very scratchy and rough to write with. The nib didn't appear to be mis-aligned so I flushed the pen, refilled it with J. Herbin Pearl Noir, and the LAMY 2000 then performed every bit as perfectly as I had been told it would. It is a truly exceptional pen and a worthy gift for yourself or others.
