I own a quartz model. After five years of daily, somewhat abuse use the watch has withstood well and keeps time well with minimal time adjustment at the time of resetting the date.
I have gone through the batteries and just installed the fourth one. I have not used under water but daily expose it to water as I wash hands, work in the kitchen sink, etc. The bezel has become scratched from abusive use. The crown has bent so the jeweler that replaced the last battery suggest it yhat the water seal is no longer adequate. I plan to have a Tissot factory service center in my city repair the crown, restore and polish the bezel and clean the outside and steel wristband. I am ecstatic to see my very model still on the 2019 Tissot catalogue as part of the Couturier collection. I just purchased two new Tissots to expand my enjoyment experience.
